Away Meet at Chartwell Information
Hello again Mustangs families,
Our meet tonight against Chartwell will begin at 5:30pm. Please plan to arrive at 4:30pm, and have your swimmers ready to warm up in the pool at 5pm.
Please look for the signs designating each gender/age group's bullpen and assist your swimmers with finding their group.
Volunteers can check-in at our volunteer table to grab a lanyard with your assignment and stopwatches, etc. We still have a couple of open slots so please sign up! All parents should volunteer their time during the season, we can't run meets without you.
Heat sheets and event sheets are attached to this email and available on the Signup Calendar page of our website. These can help you to know when your swimmers will be swimming throughout the evening.
We have extra parent t-shirts and tank tops for sale at the Athletic Center Front Desk if you'd like to show your Mustang spirit!
