Dear HBCC Parents,

It's time to think about Championships! This year, we have been assigned session 6, which will begin 4PM FRIDAY JULY 1 at the Georgia Tech Aquatic Center. This is a large meet, so swimmers will need to arrive at the facility by 2PM.

You have the opportunity to select UP TO TWO individual events for each child.

Entry fees for the meet are SEPARATE from HBCC fees and are $35/swimmer (covers entries for the whole meet, individual and relay events).

IMPORTANT: You must register your swimmer for their events NO LATER THAN 5PM JUNE 23rd.

Coach Michael and I will select swimmers for our relay teams, depending on the number of swimmers in each age group who have committed to attending.

Additionally, we will need parents to volunteer--this is a requirement for our team's participation in the meet, and we will be assigned jobs by ASA.

AND, most importantly, this year, in-person spectators are ALLOWED, so parents can stay and watch from the stands!

We will provide more information about the meet (parking, staging, seating, etc) after we have completed the entries procedure.

PS--as this meet has many teams participating in each session, the experience will be exciting for some and anxiety-inducing in others. If your swimmer has difficulty swimming an event in a dual meet, they probably aren't ready to swim it at GA Tech. Please register accordingly. Can't wait to see everyone there!
